(CercleFinance.com) – Roche announced on Monday the resignation of its administrator Julie Brown following her appointment as financial director of GSK, one of the rivals of the Swiss pharmaceutical group.
The Basel laboratory recalls that Julie Brown had sat on its board of directors since 2016, when she took over the chairmanship of its audit committee.
It is Patrick Frost, a businessman from the finance sector, who will replace her on an interim basis until the next general meeting, scheduled for March 2023.
Julie Brown’s departure is effective today.
