Roche Bobois announces that the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders which met on June 15, 2022 adopted all the resolutions submitted to the vote.

The General Meeting notably approved the distribution of a dividend of €1 per share (multiplied by two compared to that of the previous financial year, set at €0.50/share).

The Management Board met on June 17, 2022 and set the dividend payment date for June 28, 2022.
