Mark your calendars, Samsung fans! If the latest rumors are to be believed, the tech giant’s highly anticipated next Galaxy Unpacked event could take place as early as the beginning of July.
According to SamMobile reports citing multiple sources, July 10 is the likely date for Samsung’s major product launch event, and it would take place in our capital! This date would coincide perfectly with the organization of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, an event for which Samsung plays an important role as a global sponsor.
Although Samsung has yet to officially confirm the date and location, an unveiling in early July would match previous rumors suggesting the company was planning its next Unpacked earlier than usual this year.
Still a few weeks to wait before Galaxy Unpacked 2024
If the date of July 10 turns out to be correct, Samsung fans are expecting an exceptional event, with the launch of new devices. First of all, the event is expected to see the debut of Samsung’s new generation of foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. The latter would be accompanied for the first time by an even more high-end folding device, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra. However, the latter would be reserved for South Korea, so perhaps Samsung won’t reveal it during the same event.
Foldable smartphones may not be Samsung’s only surprise. The Korean giant is also preparing to unveil a completely new type of device, the Galaxy Ring. The company officially announced it earlier this year, leaving fans speculating for several months about its potential spec sheet.
Beyond smartphones, Samsung is also reportedly preparing to launch new Galaxy Watch models, tablets and even wireless earbuds at the July Unpacked event.
