(CercleFinance.com) – Roche has announced that its board of directors will propose several changes at the general meeting of March 14, 2023, including the appointment of Severin Schwan as new chairman while Thomas Schinecker will become the new CEO.
The board will also propose the election of Mark Schneider, CEO of Nestlé, and Akiko Iwasaki, professor at Yale University and researcher at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, as new board members.
Annette Luther will be appointed Head of International Government Relations in April 2023, and Per-Olof Attinger, currently CEO Office and Secretary to the Executive Committee, will succeed her as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
