Rolling bomb – pickup truck stopped: 60 ads!

Police pulled a small truck out of traffic in Weiz on Tuesday. The vehicle had major defects. The driver from Hungary (49) was forbidden to continue driving.

The officials from Weiz noticed the van in the course of patrol activities in the city area. The small truck was then stopped. During the driver’s control of the vehicle, the police officers found that the windshield was damaged, the glass in the side mirror was missing, the brake lights were defective, the entire body was rusty and parts were protruding from the vehicle. Some rusted-through spots on the chassis were temporarily covered with baby clothes and empty soda cans. A total of 30 defects, most of which were serious, were identified. The license plates of the vehicle were removed and further driving was prohibited. In addition, almost 60 notifications are sent to the Weiz district authority.
