Ronan Keating has to cope with a heavy blow of fate. The singer’s brother died in a car accident over the weekend.

This news may have knocked the rug out from under the family of Ronan Keating, 46. On Saturday, July 15, 2023, the singer received news of his brother’s sudden death Ciaran Keating. Keating’s mother, Marie, died in 1998 from complications from breast cancer. The family then had Marie Keating Foundation established, a foundation to raise awareness about the disease.

Ronan Keating grew up in Ireland as the youngest of five siblings. He is now the father of five children himself. With the Irish model Yvonne Connolly he has son Jack, 24, and daughters Missy, 22, and Ali, 17. The couple divorced in 2015 after 17 years of marriage. With his second wife Storm, Keating has son Cooper, 6, and daughter Coco. 3.
