(CercleFinance.com) – Investment bank Rothschild & Co announced on Monday that it has recruited two new managing partners to expand its teams dedicated to the American healthcare market.
Recruited from the telehealth specialist LifeMD, Alex Mironov will bring to the firm his 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, in areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to corporate strategy.
He will be based in New York.
Coming from Piper Sandler after a stint at Lazard, Matthew O’Donnell is a banker also displaying an excellent knowledge of the sector.
He will settle for his part in the offices of Boston, which Rothschild had opened in 2021.
