It’s the big day for the XV of France. This Friday evening, at 9:15 p.m., the Blues will face the All Blacks in the opening match of the Rugby World Cup in France. A meeting to follow live on the antenna of Europe 1, radio partner of the event, from 8 p.m.

“A realistic vision of rugby”

Before this meeting, Serge Blanco, our consultant and former international, spoke about the player with whom he identifies the most in this France group. “The player I could identify with today, I think it’s Antoine Dupont,” he said.

“Antoine Dupont because he has a realistic vision of rugby, he has a vision which allows his team to always be put back in the direction of travel and this vision, at a given moment, lets the natural shine through. And the natural when you are gifted like him, it also allows you to make a difference,” continued Serge Blanco.

The match between France and New Zealand can be followed from 8 p.m. on Europe 1 with a pre-match featuring Jacques Vendroux in the Studio des Légendes.
