The actor dream couple Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes packed their belongings and moved away from Hollywood to give their daughters a quiet, carefree childhood.
Ryan Gosling, 43, has just shone on the Oscar stage with his performance of “I’m Just Ken” from the “Barbie” soundtrack, but away from the spotlight he plays the real leading role: that of the loving father. Together with his partner Eva Mendes, 50, he raises their two daughters Esmeralda Amada, 9, and Amada Lee, 7, and obviously does this with a lot of passion.
Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes prioritize family
The actress and the screen star also want their children to grow up away from the star hustle and bustle of Hollywood. The two girls should be able to enjoy the true luxury of a normal childhood. For this reason, Eva and Ryan turned their backs on Hollywood and moved away from Los Angeles. “For them, their girls are the most important job. Everything else comes second,” an insider told People magazine. “And their girls are doing great. They left LA to live a little further north, away from Hollywood. They didn’t want the girls to grow up with other celebrity kids.”

Aloof, spoiled snob brats – a horror for the dream couple who want to impart values other than material wealth to their children. “Eva and Ryan love their lives. They care so much about their relationship and just want their girls to live happy lives.”
As a parent, you can see how quickly the years pass by looking at your children. Time flies and before you know it, girls become young women. The father of two also notices this, as he told the industry magazine “Variety”: “It’s happening really quickly. I can hear the clock ticking. I don’t know how much time I’ll have left and I don’t want to spend it in the wrong place .” He added: “I know that when I’m with my family, I’m not spending it in the wrong place.”
In August, another source told People magazine that Eva and Ryan are equally active parents who have little outside help. Having the girls raised by nannies is out of the question for the well-heeled couple. They “enjoy family time” with Esmeralda and Amada much more. “When they’re not working, all they do is take care of their girls,” the source continued. “Ryan is such a fun dad. He’s goofy and his girls love it.” And he doesn’t shy away from raising two children alone and doing things with his girls without Eva.
“He takes her alone to different activities. As a family, they enjoy visiting the desert and the beach. They are a very active family. Eva and Ryan seem happy. They flirt with each other and hold hands. It’s cute.”
