Safran announces that it has been certified ‘Best Places to Work’ in Tunisia, obtaining second place in the general ranking – and first place among manufacturers.
The Group is present in the country through the activities of Safran Aerosystems, Safran Cabin and Safran Seats.
To establish this ranking, ‘Best Places to Work’ submits a questionnaire to the employees of each company assessed, who must answer 36 questions on various topics related to the work environment: management, HR practices, remuneration, social benefits, relations between colleagues. ..
