Opened last September, the Halles Mazerat, cours Victor-Hugo, quickly won the hearts of Stéphanois and many people from outside.
They also conquered the Interstore-Schweitzer group, a major specialist in store design. This has in fact established a ranking of the 49 “most inspiring food stores in the world”, and the Halles Stéphanoises is one of the only two French establishments to appear there, along with La Grande Épicerie de Paris.
This ranking, unveiled this Thursday by the professional magazine LSA, takes into account five criteria: “recent or recently renovated stores, a range and presentation of differentiating products, business expertise worthy of the best food craftsmen, a unique atmosphere and innovations in both products and services ”.
Les Halles is also one of the eleven “exceptional concepts” chosen by LSA.
