(CercleFinance.com) – As part of its profile optimization strategy, Saint-Gobain has finalized the sale of CertainTeed’s hoarding, barrier and decking business in the United States to Oldcastle APG, a Irish group CRH.
The business sold by the French building materials group operates two production sites in Buffalo (New York State) and Orem (Utah), generated revenue of approximately €60 million in 2022 and employs around 210 people.
