After the Moto G8 Power, Motorola is lowering prices again with a Moto G8 Power Lite which is priced at less than €180. This smartphone plays more on endurance than on power.
The Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite is not a bad smartphone, but wishing to deliver a smartphone for less than 200 €, the manufacturer delivers here a very classic copy. If the autonomy remains very good, we can only regret the few hours of endurance lost compared to a G8 Power equipped with the same accumulator. The photo unit finally only has a wide-angle lens that can be used on a daily basis, while the G8 Power has an ultra-wide-angle and a telephoto lens. Performance is also slightly downgraded. Without being particularly good, the screen still displays pretty qualities, except during the night consultation where the minimum brightness will get the better of our pupils. Finally, and while the G8 Power benefits from Android 10, you have to settle for an already outdated version 9 here. In short, few arguments to convince, and we can only advise to turn to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 or Realme 5 Pro, also offered at less than 200 €.
