Sales / Winter Sales 2024 – The Fujifilm Instax Square SQ20 “5-star” instant camera at €193.30 (-16%)

From the Instax SQ10, the SQ20 takes the essentials: digital capture and printing on demand. It adds a video mode and digital zoom, but unfortunately remains without a Wi-Fi connection.

The SQ20 is an attractive device that takes the print-on-demand functionality of the SQ10, but improves its exposure quality. We appreciated the new video mode with image extraction which gives good results as well as the different creative composition modes. Our only complaints concern, on the one hand, the rather poor zoom at its maximum value and, on the other hand, the lack of Wi-Fi connection. The LiPlay has it, but its price is significantly higher than that of the Instax Mini SP-2 printer. In square format, the Instax Share SP-3 is sold at the same price as the SQ20. The explanation is therefore linked to a market strategy.

Alternatively

The Instax Mini 90 is the most advanced instant camera compatible with Instax Mini film. Its retro design, its ease of use and the advanced settings it offers are attractive. After a short learning period, it will become the ideal companion for photographing snapshots.
