Salma Hayek
Glamorous appearance with husband and stepdaughter
Salma Hayek was the eye-catcher at the 60th Biennale Arte in Venice. She came with her husband François-Henri Pinault and his daughter.
But the actress had even more family with her. Pinault’s daughter Mathilde (23) appeared in a floor-length, silver dress and matched her stepmother perfectly. Family appearances like this are rare for Hayek.
A place with special meaning
Ahead of the event, Salma Hayek and her husband were spotted exploring Venice the British newspaper “Daily Mail” reported. The couple took a water taxi along the city’s canals. Venice is a special place for the couple. In 2009, after their private vows in Paris, Hayek and the French entrepreneur celebrated their big wedding party with numerous star guests.
Hayek and Pinault are parents to a daughter named Valentina, who was born in 2007. The 61-year-old also has three other children. Mathilde and her brother François (26) come from his first marriage to the French furniture designer Dorothée Lepère. It wasn’t until 2012 that it came out that Pinault was also the father of Linda Evangelista’s (58) son Augustin James (17).
