In their podcast, Samira and Serkan discuss baby names. However, Nova backwards causes some disagreements between the two.
In the new episode of her podcast “Badass Reality” (exclusively on Podimo), Samira Klampf, 30, and Serkan Yavuz, 30, questions that her fans asked her via Instagram. The winning couple of “The Summer House of the Stars – Battle of the Celebrity Couples” is currently expecting their second child. That’s why her followers naturally want to know her top 10 baby names.
The reality stars already have two names on their shortlist. But they don’t want to reveal that to their listeners yet. Instead, they throw out names that they also like.
Nova backwards? Dispute over baby name
Samira’s favorite boy names are Kylian or Rio. Because she even finds the name Nio “really bombastic”. For a girl, she would prefer Avelie. Serkan agrees, he thinks names with A and V are beautiful. He also suggests Avelina. Other options for a girl include the names Aleyna and Roya.
A boy’s name causes disagreement between Serkan and Samira: Avon. It would be her first daughter’s name, Nova, only backwards. Serkan thinks it’s a great idea to “cheap” Samira’s connection to her firstborn. According to her parents, Nova, who was born in 2022, has now understood that she is having a sibling.
Fewer toys for child number two
Serkan and Samira don’t want to buy much for the new baby. The latter has already sorted through Nova’s discarded clothing and checked what would also fit a boy. The young parents discovered that their daughter is actually relatively gender-neutral when it comes to clothing.
The offspring should get fewer toys than Nova. Her relatives showered her with presents on her first Christmas. The little girl couldn’t do anything with many things. Serkan would like it if the new child had a favorite stuffed animal instead of too many small things.
Against emotional throwaway society
The couple wants to reject a “throwaway society” (Samira) not only when it comes to material things, but also emotionally. A fan asks them how they maintain their relationship as parents. Serkan appeals for people not to want to educate others about small things. Samira criticizes the trend that is rampant on social media of thinking oneself is perfect and abandoning one’s partner over every small disagreement.
There’s not much going on sexually for them anymore. During her first pregnancy, Samira’s “butt was constantly glowing,” reveals Serkan. But now it is drought time. That’s why he recently “got to know his right hand better.”
The date of delivery and gender remain secret
Samira refuses to answer a user question. She doesn’t want to reveal the due date. With her first child she received a lot of feedback and therefore pressure.
The two also don’t want to reveal the gender of their second child yet. In the last podcast episode, Serkan probably made a mistake by talking about a “mouse”.
