Samsung could skip the Galaxy Buds 3 at the next Unpacked conference

It looks like the Galaxy Buds 3 won’t be making an appearance at the upcoming Unpacked conference. Indeed, several leakers have revealed that Samsung started sending information about the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 to retailers ahead of the event, but no mention of the headphones appeared.

Next July 27 will take place the Samsung Unpacked, the conference dedicated to the presentation of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5. If the two folding smartphones are generally the star of this annual event, the manufacturer has sometimes taken the opportunity to present others of its products, including its Galaxy Buds.

However, everything suggests that the Galaxy Buds 3, successors to the current generation of wireless headphones, will not make an appearance at the conference. On Twitter, the leaker SnoopyTech has indeed noted the absence of these in the documents sent by the Korean firm to resellers in preparation for the event.

Among the information sent, we of course find the next folding smartphones, as well as its next tablet, the Galaxy Tab 9. No mention, on the other hand, of the Galaxy Buds 3. has popped up on the headphones lately, everything suggests that these will be absent from the next presentation. In any case, this is what the leakers SnoopyTech and Max Jambor suggest.

If it seems unlikely that no new model of headphones is in the works at Samsung, they will probably be unveiled later in the year. Audiophiles will therefore have to be patient to discover the worthy heirs of the Galaxy Buds 2, launched in August 2022 and still considered benchmarks in the industry today.

That being said, it is more likely that Samsung will unveil its new generation of connected watches, the Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. These have already had their share of leaks, both in terms of their design and their price, and will therefore have to appear during the conference.
