Apple’s head of design has reportedly left the company, leading to speculation that the iPhone’s design could change. On December 8, Bloomberg reported that Tang Yew Tan, who was responsible for Apple’s product design, was leaving the company. His resignation would be effective next February.
He led the design teams for the iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods, Apple’s flagship products. Tang Yew Tan was responsible for the features of the products, including their appearance. “Apple’s product design team is a vital part of the company, working closely with the company’s industrial design and sales departments,” Bloomberg said.
New faces at Samsung
