How much will the Samsung Galaxy S22 cost?
A lot of contradictory things can also be read online about the price of the Galaxy S22. The usually well-informed tech journalist Roland Quandt has now revealed the euro prices for the Samsung cell phone. Accordingly, the S22 and S22+ will be available at the same price as their predecessors. The prices start at 849 euros. Samsung, on the other hand, will apparently increase the price of the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
A new analysis now suggests that the price of the Galaxy S22 could fall massively just a few weeks after the market launch. But if you hesitate too long with the purchase, you sometimes have to fear longer waiting times. According to rumors, at least for the S22 Ultra, Samsung expects demand to significantly exceed supply.
What models will the Galaxy S22 series include?
According to the current state of knowledge, Samsung will again be selling the Galaxy S22 in three versions. This should also include a Plus and an Ultra model. Samsung should also think about releasing the Galaxy S22 in a so-called Bespoke Edition. The e-model, on the other hand, has no future. There will therefore not be a Galaxy S22e. However, Samsung could release a cheaper version called the Galaxy S22 FE in the course of 2022.

What innovations will the Samsung Galaxy S22 offer?
Samsung could implement some innovations in the Galaxy S22 that were already expected for the S21 but were not yet technically mature. Samsung usually gives its Galaxy S series a major redesign every two years – most recently with the Galaxy S20. Samsung will probably use a 2-processor strategy again for the Galaxy S22. While the cell phone could appear in North America with the Qualcomm chip Snapdragon 8 Gen1, it should be available in Germany with the Exynos 2200 developed by Samsung. This is indicated by entries in the database of the benchmark tool Geekbench, which show the Galaxy S22 with both chips.
The rumors that Samsung will deliver the smartphone worldwide with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip due to problems in development should have finally settled with the presentation of the Exynos 2200.

There could be a small surprise in terms of device memory. Because the Galaxy S22 Ultra could be bought with up to 1 terabyte of memory, so far Samsung has only offered a cell phone with so much memory. However, new rumors indicate that Samsung has canceled this variant.

The camera sensor of the Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to be a further development of the Isocell HM3 currently installed in the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The first rumors spoke of a maximum resolution of 200 megapixels and an additional RGBW sensor. In the meantime, however, the fan community is assuming that Samsung will not increase the camera resolution and that the cell phones will offer almost identical camera equipment to the S21. The front camera of the Galaxy S22 should also remain unchanged.

Samsung is rumored to slightly reduce battery capacity on the base and Plus models. However, since both devices should also be more compact, this should not have a negative effect on the battery life. There are still ambiguities on the subject of “loading speed”. Samsung lags behind the competition here. Whether this will change with the Galaxy S22 is unclear.
While some sources say that the new Samsung phones will charge much more quickly, other insiders say that no improvements are to be expected here. According to the latest rumours, only the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy S22+ will allow faster charging with up to 45 watts. This is now being confirmed by Danish authorities. However, you have to purchase a corresponding power supply separately, Samsung no longer includes a power supply with its top smartphones. Operating system and other equipment
On the other hand, it is certain that the Ultra model of the S22 series will again offer support for the S Pen. This time, unlike the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the stylus should also be able to be accommodated in the housing and work much more quickly. This would make the Samsung cell phone a replacement for the Galaxy Note.
