Samsung is currently making you a tempting offer: If you buy the Galaxy Watch 5 from a participating retailer by February 14, you can get the smart body scale Withings Body+ as a gift. For the larger 44mm version of the watch, Otto will give you the best price.
The smartwatch is the latest model from Samsung and has only been available in stores since August 2022. Like its predecessor, the watch runs on Google’s WearOS instead of Samsung’s proprietary Tizen. This not only gives you a larger selection of apps, but also a connection to the Google ecosystem and you can use services such as Google Pay or Google Maps on the watch.
The innovations are limited compared to the predecessor. The main improvement was the battery life. The purchase is especially recommended if you also own a Samsung cell phone. Otherwise you cannot use all the features of the Smartwatch.
If you register the smartwatch after purchasing it on the Samsung website by March 2nd, the manufacturer will send you the Withings Body+ electronic body analysis scales. It measures body fat, body water, muscle mass and bone mass, among other things.
