I put together a complete package that includes a cell phone, smartwatch and headphones – for less than 430 euros. And for something more, there is even a tablet.
Whether iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac: One of the biggest advantages of Apple is the seamless interaction of the products. Like cogs in clockwork, the devices fit together and complement each other perfectly. Only a few competitors can keep up. One of them: Samsung.
In recent years, the South Korean electronics group has caught up and created its own ecosystem that works together just as well as Apple. In contrast to the cult manufacturer from Cupertino, entry into the Samsung world is significantly cheaper. Our complete package does not cost more than 430 euros.
Samsung Galaxy A52s: The smartphone for everyone
We chose that Galaxy A52s decided that MediaMarkt is currently over the counter for 276.47 euros (see MediaMarkt). There is hardly a cell phone in the price range up to 350 euros that can keep up with the Galaxy A52s: one brisk everyday performance, above-average cameras, lots of memory and high-end features such as the fast 120 Hz display or the IP67 protection against dust and water make the Galaxy A52s the smartphone for everyone. In addition, there is Samsung’s long software support, so that buyers will still receive regular Android and security updates for several years to come.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4: The smartwatch fresh start
When it came to the smartwatch, we chose the Galaxy Watch 4, which is currently being offered at MediaMarkt for the absolute top price of 149.58 euros (see MediaMarkt). The model is available in 40 mm, the larger version with 44 mm costs a little more.
With the Galaxy Watch 4, Samsung has started a new smartwatch and for the first time in years it has relied on Google’s Wear OS. This brings several advantages, but above all a significantly larger selection of apps. In the GIGA test of the Galaxy Watch 4, the grade was 8.7/10.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 2: in-ear headphones with ANC
