Young man of 17, Anthony Lambert had been missing since December 31. While he was placed in the campsite of an association in the town of Lugny (Saône-et-Loire). A search notice was launched on January 4.
After a beating of 120 people organized on January 7 and significant resources put in place, he was therefore found on the morning of January 9, as our colleagues from the Journal of Saône-et-Loire. The young man’s body was found in the morning by hunters, five kilometers from where he lived, in a field, and naked.
An autopsy should take place this Monday
According to our colleagues from JSL, no trace of beating was discovered on the body after a first examination, and nothing to suggest that a third party intervened. An autopsy is due on Monday to find out more.
The mystery remains, it remains to be seen what caused the death of the young man (who had left the campsite with a bag full of clothes) and why he was found naked.
