(Boursier.com) — The company Sapmer informs its shareholders that although it has not been able to publish its first-half financial statements on time, it is preparing its 2021 annual financial statements as normal… They are being finalized and reviewed by its statutory auditors accounts.
SAPMER’s accounts closed on December 31, 2021 will therefore be approved by the company’s Board of Directors and published in accordance with legal provisions, i.e. April 30, 2022 at the latest.

These accounts will reflect a first half which was in the continuity of the year 2020 strongly affected by the Covid, then a second half which materialized a clear recovery of its two fishing activities, southern and tuna. They will also take into account the exit from the fleet of two Seychellois tuna vessels in the second half, which adversely impacted the income statement but reduced the debt recorded in the balance sheet.
