“The Voice of Germany”: Sarah Connor vent her anger
If there’s one thing that makes Sarah Connor, 41, angry, it’s the lack of preparation of her talents on “The Voice of Germany”. As a result, on Sunday (November 14, 2021), her three team members Luna Ferina, Ron Jackson and Noordin Derbali had to fight for entry into the battles with the Bruno Mars hit “That’s What I Like”. Unlike in the past, the coaches decide once again during rehearsals which two out of three talents will sing against each other on the stage.
When making the decision, however, the candidates are rather uncertain, cannot memorize the text and are holding notes in their hands. Then Sarah bursts the collar: “With text in hand or what? There is a deduction in the note, I have to tell you. […] It’s all too hectic for me here, you are waving your notes around here. You don’t suddenly have a song in Korean where you have to read the lyrics. This is a completely normal song. And now without text. I don’t get anything from you, you sing like in a karaoke show, “she announces to her talents and tears the note out of Noordin’s hand on the second attempt. In the interview, the singer sums up her anger:” Me thought: ‘Are you going to mess me up right now?’ “Then she asks Noordin irritably:” What is the reason why I should continue to take you with me? “
It is difficult for Sarah to make a correct judgment, but in the end she decides that Ron has to leave the group.
