A concert in Leipzig planned for Friday has to be canceled because Sarah Connor tested positive for the corona virus on September 2.

Sarah Connor (41) tested positive for the corona virus on Thursday morning. The singer has it on September 2nd Made public on Instagram. In a four-minute clip, Connor explains that one of her children was also sick with Covid-19. The 41-year-old has to cancel an appearance planned for Friday (September 3) in Leipzig.

She had a “little nervous breakdown”

She has spent the past few nights caring for her child – during the day she rehearsed. At first Connor thought the whole thing was a cold. She herself now also has cold symptoms and “even now has an extremely nasal voice because I’ve been crying here all morning and had a little nervous breakdown”. Because she was looking forward to tomorrow’s concert “so, so, so much”.

Connor recently carried out daily tests and by Wednesday (September 1st) all were negative. She and one of her children have now tested positive. Your child was “caught much harder” because, unlike her, it was not vaccinated. In an attached comment, the 41-year-old also stated that she had been “vaccinated long ago” and that “luckily only had mild symptoms”. So there is no “reason to worry”.

She also writes that she was “infinitely sad” not to be able to perform for her fans on Friday. In the clip, however, she promises: “We will meet again.” In addition, she asks her followers for a tip “for a good Netflix series or something else” because she “suddenly has a lot of time here – and I don’t even know what to do with it”.
