Everything was “magical” on their wedding day

Sarah Engels got married surprisingly at the weekend. The singer raves about her “magical” wedding on Instagram.
Sarah Lombardi (28) married her fiancé Julian Büscher (28) and will use her maiden name Sarah Engels again in the future. With this message the singer surprised her fans on Sunday. She shares her big day with her followers with impressions from the wedding. “It’s true, we got married and we’re really happy. Somehow we can’t believe it yet,” the couple beamed in an Instagram story by the singer into the camera.
Her wedding day was “just so incredibly beautiful”. “We celebrated with the closest family members,” says Engels. But it was precisely this that was “so special and so magical”: “It just couldn’t have been more beautiful. The wedding location
Sarah and Julian Engels got married in Neckarsteinach – near Heidelberg – on the Hohe Darsberg. The perfect place for the singer, because she has “never seen such a beautiful wedding location”. The couple didn’t know the location before, but it was recommended to them and “when we got there, it just felt so magical and it was like being in a little dream world. Incredibly beautiful …”
And the weather, with which the two were “so lucky”, was “perfect”. The restrained decoration in muted colors also shows Engels as well as her bridal bouquet – a dream in white and old pink. Engels explains that she would like to share impressions of the wedding in video form with the fans shortly.
Your search for the wedding dress
The singer always thought that it was “nonsense” to say: “You put on a wedding dress and you just know that’s it”. But that’s exactly how it was with her. Before that, she tried on “what felt like 500 dresses”. In her stories she shows that she had decided on two wedding dresses. On her big day, Engels wore two creamy white vintage wedding dresses made of tulle and coarse lace. Both dresses scored with delicate spaghetti straps and a deep neckline. A long tulle veil made the romantic wedding look perfect.
The couple had the wedding rings specially made, as Engels explains. While he wears a more classic gold ring, hers – a marriage ring and a lapel ring – are apparently adorned with one larger and several small diamonds. “We’ll wear these rings for a lifetime and I love my rings sooo much,” enthuses the singer.
The honeymoon
What about the honeymoon? Unfortunately they still have to wait. Now there is still a shoot for Engels in Berlin. There she played the lead role in a previously unnamed film, which she was “very much” looking forward to. But she hopes that the honeymoon will work out before her son Alessio (5), whom she has with her ex-husband Pietro Lombardi (28), goes to school.
