Sarah Engels prepares for the birth
Sarah Engels, 29, and husband Julian Engels, 28, are looking forward to the birth of their first child together. It cannot be long before the couple can hold their daughter in their arms and the future mother of two is already making initial preparations. “By the way, I will soon be slowly packing the clinic bag. I prefer to be” safety first “and prepared,” she reveals to her followers and promises to take them with me via video.

In her podcast “Hey Amira”, the mother of two admits that she did not even know what to give children and which foods are “totally unhealthy”.
The 28-year-old sat down with the team from “Artrechte”, a group of nutritionists who deal with the subject of child nutrition. The moderator notices: “I have no idea what is good for children and what should you give them and what not under any circumstances.”
Amira Pocher doesn’t have to drive herself crazy. After all, nobody is perfect. Being a mom is a learning process. And the wife of Oliver Pocher, 43, is all the more personable the more she can admit uncertainties or mistakes.

Marie Nasemann shows a photo of her water birth
“She is there,” wrote Marie Nasemann, 32, on October 17, 2021 about a black and white photo that she showed shortly after the birth with her daughter in her arms. Husband Sebastian Tigges bends lovingly over the newborn and has put his arm around Marie Nasemann, who is lying in a bathtub.
In her Instagram story, the ex-GNTM participant now shares another photo with her fans. You can also see the blogger in the bathtub. Her midwife put a hand on her back tenderly. Marie wrote “Sissi” and added a heart to the name – a thankful gesture to her midwife.
It is the second baby for Marie Nasemann and Sebastian Tigges. The couple already have a son.
