The Sex and the City reboot is officially launched. Sarah Jessica Parker has shared the first images of the stars of the show together, and we can’t wait!
17 years ago, we discovered the adventures of CarrieBradshaw in Sex and the City. As HBO Max announced last January, the cult series will soon be making a comeback with a ten-episode sequel, called And Just Like That …(“And just like that” in French). Sarah Jessica Parker will reprise the unforgettable role of Columnist and will always be the narrator, and she will be joined by Cynthia Nixon, who plays Miranda Hobbes, and Kristin Davis, the famous Charlotte York. However, due to a conflict between the actresses, Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones, will go missing.
If we do not yet know when the reboot of Sex and the City will be released, it’s officially launched! Sarah Jessica Parker has made fans’ mouths water by sharing two first photos on Instagram confirming the return of Carrie Bradshaw very soon. On the first, the actress shows the script of an episode, without of course revealing its content. The photo was taken during a first reading of the script, with all the participants.

All are frankly smiling on a terrace, obviously delighted to be together. “Together again. We read our first episodes with the old and new from the cast.”, writes the one that will always be Carry Bradshaw in our hearts.
This is not the first time that the heroines of Sex and the City come back to our screens since the end of the series. They had already made their comeback in two films, released in 2008 and 2010. In And Just Like That, we can again follow their love and family tribulations, but with a point of view of older characters.
