At an inspiring female empowerment event that was brimming with success stories and impressive women, one personality in particular stood out: Sarah Sophie Koch. She is a woman with captivating charisma and a message that really captivated the audience. “I’ll start by reading my book to you,” she said, and everyone was immediately listening to her words.

“Sometimes you have to lie on the floor and cry to find yourself,” she explained. It was a time in her life marked by profound challenges, but it was these experiences that led her to what she does today – supporting other women in times of crisis and helping them find their inner strength.

She wants to help women discover who they are

Sarah Sophie Koch, who once worked as a therapist in her own practice, as a presenter and TV expert, found her calling a few years ago in her work as a coach and now gives business coaching in companies. The turning point in her life came with her separation from her husband. During this difficult phase she began to question herself and find out who she really is. Today she wants to help other women discover who they are. So she wrote her first book “Allow yourself to be yourself”. Her heartfelt book with the story of the five soul women and her very own.

Instead of constantly optimizing themselves, every person should first recognize what they are made of.

During her own breakup, she longed for a coach to accompany her through this difficult time. “Such accompaniment is the best investment in yourself,” she emphasizes, adding: “We often invest in external treatments but neglect our soul.”
Sarah Sophie Koch analyzes the aura of her clients. She recognizes whether they are at their full strength or have energy holes and tries to find out what factors influence this, be it the job, love or lack of self-love. Her approach is to think not in terms of problems, but in terms of possibilities. She firmly believes that everyone has abundant resources and opportunities within them. Instead of constantly optimizing themselves, every person should first recognize what they are made of.

During her coaching sessions, Sarah found that a similar approach to solving many problems worked. From this insight she developed the innovative Soul Woman typology. The 5 Soulwomen are intended to help women free themselves from limiting roles and recognize who they really are. Every woman can calculate her soul woman based on her birth dates. This also led to the development of her card set, the “Soulwoman Cards”. The set is similar to the principle of a tarot card set, but with different approaches and the Soulwoman. It allows women to lay cards for themselves and find answers to their questions.

Laura overcame her trauma after a serious riding accident and returned to the saddle

One of her most moving examples is Laura, who sought Sarah’s help after a serious riding accident. “I saw several therapists, but Sarah was the first who really saw me,” says Laura, describing the first meeting. After the accident, not only did she have to deal with the trauma of not even being able to watch horses on TV, but she also realized that she wasn’t living the life she wanted to lead. The two women worked together once a month for a year. “At some point I suddenly received a photo of Laura on the horse,” says Sarah about this significant turning point. Laura, who is now completing coaching training with Sarah, emphasizes clearly: “If I ever had any problem again, I wouldn’t want to work it out with anyone other than Sarah.”

Sarah Sophie Koch reminds women that they all have unexpected strength within them. You just have to learn to draw from it. Her work shows that self-development and personal strength are invaluable.
