(AOF) – Sartorius Stedim Biotech announces that during its meeting today, the board of directors decided to propose to the combined annual general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for March 26, 2024, to pay a dividend of 0 .69 euros per share for the 2023 financial year. The total distributed profit would reach 67.1 million euros. The dividend will be paid on April 4, 2024. The stock rose today after the group raised a gross amount of 1.2 billion euros as part of a capital increase.
