Solutions 30: activity remains supported by the Benelux

(AOF) – Solutions 30 recorded a turnover up 3.8% in the first quarter of 2024, to 265 million euros, still supported by the Benelux: +21.6% organically to 100.7 million euros. The specialist in solutions for new technologies experienced a 3.7% drop in revenues in France to 97.9 million euros. They fell by 4.9% organically. In Italy, turnover stood at 13 million euros, down 32%.

“This drop is the direct consequence of the situation already reported during the second half of 2023, namely the voluntary delaying of the group’s interventions in the deployment of fiber, following difficulties encountered with its main customer,” explains Solutions 30.

The latter specifies that the ongoing negotiations with this client to normalize the situation are on track. The group now “anticipates a rapid resolution and a restart of normal activity during the second half of the year, based on a better economic model.” This should result in a return to revenue growth in Italy before the end of the year.

Regarding its outlook, the specialist in solutions for new technologies anticipates continued growth in turnover at a level, for the whole year, higher than that recorded in the 1st quarter, taking into account significantly improved visibility in Italy and Belgium and the announced acceleration of growth in Germany. The group also expects “a continued improvement in the adjusted Ebitda margin”.
