The shoot for the spin-off of the series “Sex and the City” is already underway. Now the first details from the script are said to have leaked. For Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker, 56) and Mr. Big (Chris Noth, 66) it could be in “And Just Like That …” according to “Page Six” a big drama give. Warning, spoilers! As the celebrity site of the “New York Post” reports, citing script details, Carrie and her husband seem to have separated.
The two got married in “Sex and the City – The Film” (2008). In “And Just Like That …” there should be problems between Carrie – now in her 50s and a podcast host – and Mr. Big. According to “Page Six”, the separation is supposedly not entirely peaceful …
Third ex-wife?
In a scene reported by Page Six, Carrie meets up with friends Stanford Blatch (Willie Garson, 57), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon, 55) and Charlotte York Goldenblatt (Kristin Davis, 56). In the conversation, Bradshaw allegedly referred to himself as “one of the wives he looked after,” according to the report. Mr. Big was married twice before he said yes to Carrie.
What really happens between Carrie and Mr. Big in “And Just Like That …” will probably not find out until next year. Then the series will be shown on the US streaming service HBO Max. Shooting started a few days ago. Kim Cattrall (64, Samantha Jones) will not return, but “Sex and the City” leading actresses Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon will cause a stir again. Parker has also just introduced four new characters who will also play a role on the series.
At She posted four pictures on Instagramwho at least once show the actresses and reveal the names of the characters they will play. Sara Ramírez (45), known from “Grey’s Anatomy”, will play the character Che Diaz, which was announced in May. The other photos are from Nicole Ari Parker (50), Karen Pittman (35) and Sarita Choudhury (54), who portray the characters Lisa Todd Wexley, Dr. Nya Wallace and Seema Patel will be portraying.
