Six years ago, a Canadian sniper in Iraq killed at a distance of more than 3.5 kilometers. Apparently a Ukrainian is now surpassing this mark. According to information from Kiev, an intelligence officer hit his target at a distance of 3.8 kilometers.
According to official information, a sniper from the Ukrainian domestic secret service SBU shot a Russian soldier at the front from a distance of 3,800 meters. The previous world record for a fatal hit by a sniper, set in 2017 by a Canadian soldier in Iraq, is 3,540 meters.
