(CercleFinance.com) – Schneider Electric announces that following the agreement signed on October 27, 2022, it has now finalized the previously announced sale of its industrial sensors business, Telemecanique Sensors, to YAGEO.
The cash transaction values Telemecanique Sensors at €723 million in enterprise value. It was finalized on October 31 and until that date, Telemecanique Sensors was included in the industrial automation activity.
Based on the transactions carried out to date, the group estimates the 2023 2023 scope effect at now around -900 million euros (and no longer -850 million) on turnover, and at still around -30 basis points on adjusted EBITA margin.
