Sad show at the end of the school year in Bron in the Rhône. The city noted on July 12, 2022 a classroom ransacked by children aged 9 to 13 in the Pierre Cot school, the damage is significant. The perpetrators were caught red-handed by the prison guard. According to RMC info which reports the words of the town hall, “school supplies thrown on the ground, toilet bowl destroyed in the mass, tables and chairs overturned, the damage would amount to several thousand euros according to the town hall“. The city filed a complaint.
Shortly after the facts, the eight vandals were heard by the police while the mayor of Bron must also speak with them. “I must receive them at the beginning of next week to put a framework, tell them that what happened is intolerable“, explained this Thursday, July 14, the councilor Jérémie Breaud (LR) on the plateau of the Grandes Gueules on RMC. He had posted shocking images of the state of the school on Facebook with an angry message: “Show of desolation at the Pierre Cot school…(…) Thanks to the efficiency of my elected official who went to the site as soon as the alert was given, they were neutralized while the Police arrived. They were 8, the youngest was 9 years old, the oldest 13… The City obviously filed a complaint and the Prosecutor seized. What are these children doing on their own at night on the street? Parents will have to explain. We are not ruling out any possibility.“
