(CercleFinance.com) – Amundi, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 16, the thresholds of 5% of Scor’s capital and voting rights, to the result of an acquisition of shares on the market.
The asset management company specified that it thus held, as a result of this breach, 9,320,465 Scor shares representing the same number of voting rights, ie 5.19% of the capital and voting rights of this reinsurance company.
