(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors of scoremeeting on June 25, unanimously decided to appoint Fabrice Brégier non-executive chairman, with immediate effect.
This decision comes on the unanimous recommendation of the Appointments Committee, following a demanding and rigorous succession process, initiated in the spring of 2022.
“Over the months, the appointments committee, assisted by the international recruitment firm Egon Zehnder, met on many occasions to define the search criteria for the future president, select first-class personalities who could correspond to the expected profile, and finally hear the candidates most likely to take the head of the board”, explains the Committee which “under the chairmanship of Adrien Couret, finally made its choice on the candidacy of Fabrice Brégier, director of Scor since 2019”. According to the committee, he “brings together all the qualities required to chair the board of directors”.
The Board of Directors made its decision after hearing Adrien Couret’s report and Fabrice Brégier’s profession of faith.
