(CercleFinance.com) – Norges Bank declared that it crossed upwards, on February 1, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Scor SE and holds 8,989,209 Scor SE shares representing as many vote, i.e. 5.003% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Scor SE shares on the market.
