(CercleFinance.com) – Norges Bank declared that it crossed downwards, on June 13, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Scor SE and holds 8,971,126 Scor SE shares representing as many vote, i.e. 4.99% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Scor SE shares on the market.
