In view of the geopolitical situation and the humanitarian and global repercussions of the war in Ukraine, Scor has decided to postpone the Investor Day which had been scheduled for March 29, 2022. The reinsurer is carefully studying the impact of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia on its activity “The macroeconomic consequences of the situation could be multiple and include an increase in energy prices and repercussions on inflation, interest rates and growth”, he specifies.
The Investor Day will take place by the end of July 2022 and the new date will be communicated when the current situation has stabilized.
Scor indicates that it will strictly respect the international sanctions put in place. Scor is doing everything possible to ensure the safety of its employees and their families in the region.
“The direct impact of these events on Scor should be limited and the fundamentals of the group will not be affected” underlines the reinsurer.
The group remains mobilized to continue implementing its “Quantum Leap” strategic plan.
