Scottish Water buys 5 complementary solutions from Orège for a total value of 1.5 million euros as part of its “NET ZERO” strategy
Following the successful deployments of the first 4 SLG-F solutions, Orège is pleased to announce that Scottish Water, through a framework contract with WGM, has just purchased 5 additional units.
The 5 units include 1 mobile unit and 4 containerized versions. The total value of these orders is around 1.5 million euros. Three of these units were delivered and received in December 2021 and the other two will be in Q1 2022.
Scottish Water has selected Orege solutions with the aim of reducing the volume of liquid sludge transported by tanker trucks, thus significantly reducing the associated CO2 emissions.
The performance of Orège solutions has been analyzed over the past 15 months and has exceeded all expectations.
The solutions deployed will also enable Scottish Water to achieve significant savings in terms of investment and operating costs. Orège units are truly “plug and play” and allow significant time savings in their implementation compared to traditional solutions on the market.
