Scuffle in front of a discotheque – cerebral hemorrhage was to blame for the death of the father of the family

In the case of the family father who had an accident (42), who was brutally beaten up in front of a discotheque in Schattendorf (Burgenland), the autopsy result is now available. The victim died not from the beating but from a cerebral hemorrhage.

The 42-year-old’s death was caused by a ruptured aneurysm. The beatings of the two suspects should not have caused them. The two young people are now being investigated for attempting to intentionally cause serious bodily harm, but not resulting in death, according to the Eisenstadt public prosecutor’s office on Thursday became. However, there is still a strong suspicion that the victim was hit: “It will still be determined whether intentionally serious physical harm was attempted,” said the spokeswoman. A happy Christmas party was the order of the day this weekend, which was joined by the family man’s club. At a late hour, however, there was a wild argument between the young people and the father of the family in front of the entrance. One of the two is said to have attacked the victim with brass knuckles. The 42-year-old was declared “brain dead” a little later. Shortly after the crime, the 18-year-old Syrian living in the Neunkirchen district and the 16-year-old from the Mattersburg district were arrested. In the meantime, they have been released from pre-trial detention against milder means. It is now clear that the brass knuckles secured near the crime scene can be attributed to the younger man based on the DNA traces secured.
