Seine-et-Marne: a magician attacked amid anti-Semitism after a show in a bar

A magician was attacked by three customers who had attended his show after a performance in a bar located in Villeneuve-sur-Bellot, in Seine-et-Marne, last Saturday evening. According to information from Europe 1, the three individuals uttered anti-Semitic insults during the attack. They are currently wanted by the police.

Sad end to the show for a magician from Seine-et-Marne. According to information from Europe 1, a magician from Coulommiers was attacked last Saturday evening after a performance in a bar in the town of Villeneuve-sur-Bellot. As he was leaving the scene, the 46-year-old man was violently attacked by three individuals in the establishment’s parking lot.

Anti-Semitic remarks

The three men, who had attended the show and who are regulars at the establishment according to the bar manager, violently attacked the artist. The latter notably received numerous blows, including several to the head. Anti-Semitic insults were also uttered during the altercation, such as: “We’re beating the Jew, he’s a dirty Jew!”

The victim filed a complaint. The three men, regular customers of the bar, are wanted by the police. Surveillance camera videos from the establishment are being used to identify the attackers.
