A 75-year-old woman was the victim of rape at her home in Ozoir-la-Ferrière in Seine-et-Marne. An individual, aged around thirty and whose profile matches the description of the victim, was taken into police custody, while the latter was taken to the emergency room of a hospital in the department.
These are abominable facts whose unfolding is becoming clearer little by little. Shortly before 7 a.m. this Monday, January 1, a man entered through a poorly closed French window into a house in Ozoir-la-Ferrière in Seine-et-Marne, the home of an elderly couple. On the ground floor, he enters the room on the left, that of the husband who is severely disabled.
His cry, upon seeing the individual, wakes up his wife, aged 75, who is sleeping in the other room and suddenly comes face to face with this man of around thirty. The latter explains to her, at first, that he means her no harm, before asking her for fellatio, which she refuses.

The individual then grabs her by the neck, forces her to undress then rapes her before demanding 20 euros. The victim then gives him the only note (50 euros) that she has. The report of the attacker was distributed to police stations in the region. Of African type, he is around 30 years old, has a slim build and an average height of 1.75m. An individual matching this description was arrested and taken into custody. He lives in a squat near the couple’s house. Genetic analyzes are underway.
The city’s video surveillance cameras are currently being used and the victim was able to quickly contact her son who took her to the emergency room of a hospital in Seine-et-Marne. She was hospitalized there.
