Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract
SELECTIRENTE points out that on October 9, 2006 it signed a liquidity contract with the company Invest Securities in accordance with the Ethics Charter established by AMAFI and approved by AMF. This contract was replaced on April 9, 2020 by a new contract allowing compliance with the regulations in force and in particular AMF decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018.
On January 23, 2024, SELECTIRENTE increased the resources allocated to the liquidity contract entrusted to INVEST SECURITIES by 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) euros.
Under this contract, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account as of March 31, 2024:
