Selena Gomez reveals: ‘Yes, I’m a bit fat right now’
In the past few weeks, Selena Gomez, 30, has had to put up with some bad news on social media. Reason: She gained weight. There are also some comments on Twitter and Co. about her appearance at the Golden Globes, in which her appearance is criticized. In a live Instagram stream after the awards ceremony, the singer opened up about such comments about her body: “I’m a bit fat right now because I’ve spoiled myself a bit over the holidays.”
But that is by no means a problem for her, adds Selena.
The 30-year-old has already struggled a lot with body shaming in the past. For a while, Selena even deleted her accounts on the social media platforms. She has been active again on TikTok and Instagram for almost two years and does not let negative comments get her down. Another reason why they love their fans.
