Semifinals on “The Masked Singer”

Singer Rea Garvey wants to join in the puzzles again: The audience favorite is returning to the “The Masked Singer” guessing team for the semi-finals.
Next Saturday, December 16th, the advice team from “The Masked Singer” (every Saturday at 8:15 p.m. live on ProSieben and on Joyn) will receive support from a real professional: Rea Garvey (50) is a guest in the semi-finals of the ninth season. Rick Kavanian (52), who has taken over the permanent place of singer Álvaro Soler (32), and presenter Ruth Moschner (47), who remains true to her role as a permanent member of the advice team, will sit next to him. Garvey brings a lot of “Masked Singer” experience with him. He has already puzzled in seasons two, four, five, six and eight as a permanent member of the guessing team and several times as a guessing guest.

“I missed the show a lot,” explains the singer in a statement. “I just love being on the advice team with Ruth. We have a real Sherlock Holmes friendship and have a lot of fun together.” He’s particularly looking forward to the troll mask – “He’s a rock star!” In addition to the troll, the following masks are also in the running: The Lulatsch, the Mustang, the Ice Princess and Klaus Claus.
So far, Katja Ebstein (78) as Okapi, Eva Padberg (43) as a fire extinguisher and Jenke von Wilmsdorff (58) as a Martian mouse have been eliminated. In episode four, Uwe Ochsenknecht (67) alias the Kiwi had to say goodbye.
As usual, Matthias Opdenhövel (53) will host the upcoming “The Masked Singer” edition. The autumn season has been running since November 18th, and the finale is scheduled to take place in the sixth episode on December 23rd.
