Series Mania 2022: The World of Tomorrow, Soft Flesh, and Reusss award-winning

End clap for Series Mania 2022. The 12th edition of the International Festival, which was held from March 18 to 25 in Lille and in the regions for a few exceptional sessions of HPI or Syndrome E, ended this evening at the end of eight days of intense competition and great serial discoveries.

Nuggets, from many countries, which the AlloCiné team brought to you over the week through daily articles, but also in its Spotlight podcast, of which you can find the second episode below, in particular devoted to the Parallels series. Before tomorrow’s third and final issue goes online, with Sofia Essaïdi as an exceptional guest.

And so it was during the closing ceremony, presented by comedian and comedian Waly Dia, that the various juries of the international competition, the French competition, and the international panorama, unveiled their awards and rewarded series such as as The World of Tomorrow, centered on the beginnings of the NTM group, and Les Papillons noirs, which will both soon be broadcast on Arte.

But also two new releases to come from the France tv slash platform: Soft Chair, which goes away with the prize for Best French Series, and Reusss, a musical comedy with hip hop sounds for which the three young main actresses, namely Assa Sylla ( Skam France), Charlie Loiselier, and the revelation Inès Ouchaaou, were jointly awarded the prize for Best Actress in a French series.

And foreign series like The Baby, a horror comedy which will be offered on OCS from April 25, Fire Dance, Funeral For a Dog, or The Dark Heart, a sort of revisit of Romeo and Juliet in Sweden against a background of disappearance.
