As recently as mid-April, a deadly family dispute in which a woman stabbed her husband caused excitement and dismay in Vorarlberg. On Saturday there was another incident in the “Ländle” in which a woman stabbed her boyfriend in the chest and seriously injured him.
According to the Vorarlberg police, a relationship dispute escalated around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon in the Feldkirch district: a woman stabbed her boyfriend in the chest, injuring him seriously but not life-threateningly. The police arrested the woman on the spot. The State Criminal Police Office in Vorarlberg took over the case and is currently investigating in the direction of “intentional serious bodily harm”. The background to the crime and the exact process are currently still completely unclear.
