(CercleFinance.com) – SES-imagotag announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the Irish start-up of Data Intelligence MarketHub Technologies Limited. Its founder, Roy Horgan, joins the executive committee of SES-imagotag as Group SEVP in charge of Strategy, Marketing and Communication.
Already the holder of a majority stake in the start-up since 2019, SES-imagotag thus acquires 100% of the remaining shares of MarketHub with immediate effect.
